Instead, I focus on helping you make lifestyle adjustments that create new, healthy habits. These habits are designed to be easy to stick with, ensuring that you can maintain your progress over time without feeling deprived or overwhelmed.


About Me

I began working in health and nutrition 16 years ago when my son was diagnosed with a neurological disorder that restricted his diet. The more I learned about the impact the foods we consumed had on our body, the more I was able to control his symptoms. By the age of 8 I was a Board Certified Drugless Practitioner and his symptoms were completely under control. I then began to try to help other people with their health concerns. I went on to become an Herbalist trained in ditch medicine and drug free approaches to health concerns, a yoga instructor specializing in breathing techniques for stress management, an ACN to help understand supplementation better, and recently I have been certified with InBody to help measure weight, hydration, fat, and lean muscle to help set manageable goals
